Mrs. Beary first learned about the Co-Op when she was looking for a preschool for her daughter to join.  She fell in love with their philosophy of learning through play and being able to be involved in her children’s education. Mrs. Beary had played many roles in the school as a room parent, board member and a substitute before taking on an assistant teacher role. Mrs. Beary holds a degree in sociology and a master’s in elementary education. She has worked in special education and as a social coach in a social skills program for children ranging in ages from preschool to high school. In addition to being a 2-day assistant, she also works with a behaviorist with program development and trainings. 

Mrs. Beary lives in Chelmsford with her husband, daughter Maddy, and son Carter. She also has a lab named Lulu and a wild cat named Boba!
